h) Cosmetic pens

i) Spray nozzles (including air-pressurized, pump-type);

III. Packaging appearance requirements

1. Bottle

Bottle body should be smooth, smooth surface, bottle wall thickness is basically uniform, no obvious scars, deformation, there should be no cold burst and cracks. The mouth of the bottle should be correct, smooth, no burrs (burr), threads, bayonet matching structure is intact, correct. Bottle and cap should be tight, no slippery teeth, loose, no leakage phenomenon. Bottle inside and outside should be clean.

2 Cover

(1) Inner cap: The inner cap should be complete, smooth, clean and not deformed. The inner cap should fit well with the bottle and the outer cap. The inner cap should not leak.

(2) Outer cover: The outer cover should be square, smooth, and free of broken, cracked, and burrs (burrs). The color of the outer cover should be uniform. The threaded structure of the cover should be intact. The color and luster of the aluminum or hot stamping cover should be uniform. The cap should be turned up flexibly, and there is no fracture in the connection part. Cap and bottle fit should be tight, no slippery teeth, loose.

3. Bags:

Bags should not have visible wrinkles, scratches, air bubbles. The color of the bag should be uniform. The sealing of the bag should be firm, there should be no opening, perforation, leakage of liquid (paste) phenomenon. Composite bags should be firmly composite, uniform coating.

4. Hose:

5. Box:

The tightness of the box opening should be appropriate, and when taking the flower box, we should not use our fingers to force it to peel off, and pinch the edge of the cover, and the bottom will not fall down to be qualified. The mirror inside the box, the contents and the box should be firmly pasted, the mirror image is good, no bottom scratches and damage.

6. Spray cans

The tank is flat, no rust spots, smooth welds, no obvious scratches, concave can phenomenon, the color should be uniform. Spray cans should be smooth, no wrinkles, cracks and deformation. The cover of the spray can shall meet the requirements of 5.3.2.

7. Spindle tube

The body of the spindle tube should be square, smooth, without cracks, burrs (burr), there should be no obvious scratches, and the color should be uniform. The parts of the spindle tube should be suitable for loosening and tightening, to ensure that the contents can be rotated out or pushed out normally.

8, Makeup Brush

The barrel and sleeve of the cosmetic pen should be smooth and square, without glue or cracking of the paint film. The pen barrel and pen set should be suitable for loosening and tightening. The color and luster of the cosmetic pen should be uniform.

9. Nozzle

The nozzle should be upright, clean, without damage and crack phenomenon. The assembly parts of the nozzle should be intact to ensure a smooth spray night.

10. Printing and labeling

Cosmetic packaging printing patterns and handwriting should be neat, clear, not easy to fall off, uniform color. Cosmetic packaging labeling should not be misplaced, omitted, inverted, paste should be firm. Labeling requirements in accordance with the provisions of GB 5296.3.

11. Outer box

(1) Flower box: The flower box should be tightly packed with the center box. The flower box should be clean, square and flat, with a good lid, without wrinkles, missing edges and corners. The adhesive part of the flower box should be firmly pasted, without paste marks, cracks and mutual adhesion. There is no misloading, leakage or reverse loading.

(2) Center box: The center box should be tightly packed with the flower box. The center box should be clean, square and flat, with a good lid. (4) Transportation packaging: the transportation packaging should be neat, upright, smooth and firmly sealed. The products are not misloaded, leakage, reverse loading phenomenon. Transportation packaging signs should be clear, complete, appropriate location, and as needed should be marked with the product name, producer's name and address, net content, the number of products, the quality of the whole box (gross weight), volume, date of production and shelf life or production batch number and the deadline for use date. It is appropriate to choose to label the GB/T 191 according to the need for graphic symbols.
